Some time ago I snapped base plate of my MBS Ti trucks. To be honest I was bit pits off, I paid like £80 for them and they snapped just like that. So I contact MBS and I have been told that happens with to base plates and it is common problem with truck, especially if you use it with cut decks like Trampa and others. They suggest to get something what is called “Shock Pads” from sake shop. I got one from here:

You might try it in your boards and see. Its super cheep so there is nothing to loose, and you can extend life of your trucks.

Don't go too big on the risers as they could alter your center of gravity.

you have to look for shock pads not raisers, there are two different things.
so look out for it.
